Dave has won medals at 6 of the dozen national events where he has competed (including Gold at Collegiate Nationals, and Silver at the US Olympic Festival), and dozens of state championships and records. He has eight certifications in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Rowing, and Fitness and Nutrition. He has coached hundreds of athletes of all shapes and sizes through thousands of workouts. Dozens have competed successfully with his coaching at national events.
