All members new to CrossFit Provo will greatly benefit from requisite introduction sessions.

Whether you are new to CrossFit or are more advanced, it is important that your first sessions at the gym provide a thorough introduction to basic (or even further advanced) skills. These are for purposes of safety in using the equipment, to familiarize you with our methods (both the basic 9 CF movements and other innovative/advanced skills), as well as for properly assessing your readiness so that appropriate scaling can be done.

These are offered at a special rate of $100 for three hours, which may be done as three one hour sessions or 2 ninety minute sessions for up to 4 persons. The "special" part is that this initial $100 will be discounted from the monthly fees of your first five continuous months with CrossFit Provo ($20 savings per month).

If you just want to come and see a WOD at the gym, you may observe for FREE up to 2 times BY APPOINTMENT.

These are the workout options (as you can see, there are no annual memberships, just incentives for success):

Basic Rates:

Full Membership (up to 2 group WODs/day and Coached O-lifting) -- $120/mo

Limited Membership (up to 2 group WODs/wk, max 10/mo) -- $100/mo 10-Visit Pass (must be used w/in 3 months) -- $150

Single Visit (pre-qualified) -- $20

Discounts: Family/Buddy (paid by a single party, no referral bonus) -- 20% off fees for each additional to primary Full membership.

Military and Public Safety (police, fire, EMT) personnel receive a 20% discount in appreciation for their service and special need for exceptional fitness.
